Paper first
Location permissions, police, ASI monuments, forest department and drone clearances — sequenced so the call sheet is legal. A dedicated Line producer with his team handles your all permits except Visas but that can also be arranged if contacted month in advance.

Protected forts, tombs and palaces need Archaeological Survey of India or state archaeology on top of city police. Drone over a monument is often refused — we say so before you storyboard it.
Registered drone, licensed pilot, airspace and local police. Border, airport and military zones in J&K, Ladakh and parts of Rajasthan need extra lead time.
Himachal, Uttarakhand and parts of Rajasthan sit on forest land. Rest houses and park edges are slower than town police. We put it on the calendar.
City police: days to a couple of weeks. ASI monuments: plan weeks. High-altitude and border districts: longer 3 weeks approximately. Send the date and we reverse-plan.
City police and municipal applications are filed locally. We map the authority, fee and lead time from the Chandigarh / Mohali desk before the recce.
No we do not directly apply for visas directly , for that we attach to visa consultants.We handle location permissions, police, ASI, forest and drone paper. Immigration and visas sit with the producer and their counsel.
